Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Junior Developers
- Implement SEO Recommendations made by SEO Experts.
- Analyze website architecture and clean up the website of search engine unfriendly elements.
- Follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword standards.
- Implementation of URL Re-writing solution.
- Develop and maintain in house SEO Tools and softwares.
- Follow W3C web standards.
Job Requirements
- Must have basis understanding of SEO and how search engines work.
- Must have experience in working on web technologies such as XML, ASP, PHP, .NET, CFM or JSP.
- Solid knowledge and skills with HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
- Experience with database practices and procedures.
- Basic graphic designing ability.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to create, document and implement work-flow processes and influence change.
- A good portfolio of your past work that demonstrates your ability and proves your motivation and enthusiasm for what you do.
- The perfect candidate will have 1 year experience in developing and managing web development projects.
